1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ScaleX services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. ScaleX is a registered MSME enterprise (UDYAM-MH-33-0692870) providing web development and digital services.

2. Services Provided

3. Payment Terms

• • Payment schedules are defined in individual project agreements
• • Advance payment may be required before project commencement
• • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless specified otherwise
• • Late payment may result in project suspension
• • Refunds are subject to project completion status and agreement terms

4. Project Delivery

Project timelines are estimates based on project scope and client cooperation. Delays due to client feedback, content provision, or scope changes may extend delivery dates. We commit to transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

5. Intellectual Property

• • Client owns final delivered work upon full payment
• • ScaleX retains rights to development methodologies and frameworks
• • Third-party assets require separate licensing
• • Portfolio usage rights reserved for marketing purposes

6. Client Responsibilities

• • Provide accurate project requirements and content
• • Respond to communications within agreed timeframes
• • Make payments according to agreed schedule
• • Provide necessary access and credentials when required

7. Limitation of Liability

ScaleX's liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from service usage or website performance.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, payment is due for completed work. Confidential information must be returned or destroyed as per agreement terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
